Operate and monitor machine tools or production equipment according to work instructions.
Perform basic machine setup and ensure proper operation.
Inspect parts to ensure quality and accuracy based on specifications.
Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area.
Report any machine faults, defects, or abnormalities to the supervisor.
Support daily production targets and follow company safety rules.
Be punctual and reliable in attendance and work performance.
Perform any other duties assigned by the superior as and when required.
Requirements:
SPM or equivalent qualification.
Basic understanding of machine operation or production processes (training will be provided).
Able to work in shifts and follow production schedules.
Responsible, hardworking, punctual, and willing to learn.
