• Perform all machining operations based on set up sheet, job router, Inspection Plan and QMS document in order to deliver quality products
• Ensure that regular maintenance is conducted in a planned and timely manner.
• Perform first piece inspection after tool change for affected dimension
• Maintains specifications by observing drilling, grooving, and cutting, including turning, facing, knurling and thread chasing operations; taking measurements; detecting malfunctions; troubleshooting processes; adjusting and reprogramming controls; sharpening and replacing worn tools; adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes
• Sets-up mills/lathes/wirecut by installing and adjusting three- and four-jaw chucks, tools, attachments, collets, bushings, cams, gears, stops, and stock pushers; indicating vices; tramming heads.
• Protect and re-use used cutter in order to encourage cost saving and minimize wastage in the production

Job Requirements

• Min SPM or vocational school (PSDC). Diploma in Engineering will be an added advantage.
• Understanding of CNC machining, GD&T, and control of product quality
• Min 3 years of experience in medical device manufacturing
