CNC MACHINIST Responsibilities : \xe2\x80\xa2 Setup, operate and maintain CNC Machining Center, CNC Lathe machines \xe2\x80\xa2 Setup, operate and maintain all measuring equipment, gages and fixture for making accurate inspection checks \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to perform basic trouble shooting of machines \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to change over machines and tooling between pre-loaded. \xe2\x80\xa2 Consistently achieve defined productivity levels on all products processed and to run product independently. \xe2\x80\xa2 Study sample parts, blueprints, drawings and engineering information in order to determine methods and sequences of operations needed to fabricate products and determine product dimensions and tolerances. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintains specification by observing operations; taking measurement; detecting malfunctions; troubleshooting processes; adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Document results & track SPC on repetitive operations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Clean and lubricate machines, tools and equipment in order to remove grease, rust, stains and foreign matter. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform daily 5S and housekeeping Requirements : \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate \xe2\x80\xa2 Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa2 Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English \xe2\x80\xa2 Required skill(s): CNC auto lathe, CNC Turning Machine. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 2 years of related working experience in CNC machining. Hands-on experience in CNC programs, set up and operate CNC machines \xe2\x80\xa2 Experienced in Machine shop. \xe2\x80\xa2 CNC Programming and technical drawing understanding. \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiar with Fanuc Controller. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong attention to detail and ability to work in team \xe2\x80\xa2 Have a proactive, positive attitude and strong sense of self-motivation, accountability and responsibility
