Maintenance & Security Officer

.

Job Scope:

Patrolling PC Group works on premises both internally and externally to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure the security of doors. Answer alarms and investigate disturbances; Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain the security of premises; Report irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences; Call the police or the fire departments in cases of emergency, such as fire or the presence of unauthorized persons. Answer telephone calls to take messages, answer questions, and provide information when necessary; Monitor and inspect the maintenance schedule of office equipment and pet control. To assist with minor repairs to the defects of the building, as and when required; Perform all other duties, activities, and responsibilities that may be assigned by a superior whenever necessary from time to time.

We are looking for someone who:

Has an

army/military background of a minimum of 20 years

Willing to perform basic office maintenance
