Respond quickly to guest room defects -- air conditioning, electrical wiring, plumbing leaks, lighting, and basic carpentry.
First Response:
Be the first point of contact for daily reported defects from Front Office, Housekeeping, or guests.
Preventive Maintenance:
Assist in scheduled room checks (AC filter cleaning, water pressure checks, light bulb replacement, etc.).
Coordination:
Work with the engineering team to escalate major repairs or specialist work when needed.
Safety & Standards:
Ensure all work is carried out safely and complies with hotel standards and regulations.
Record Keeping:
Update defect logs and report completed tasks in coordination with the Engineering office.
Who We're Looking For
Basic technical knowledge in
air-conditioning, plumbing, electrical wiring
, and general room maintenance.
Previous experience in a hotel or building maintenance role is a plus, but not mandatory.
Hands-on, proactive, and willing to learn from senior technicians.
Good communication -- able to update supervisors and log reports clearly.
Flexible to work on shifts, weekends, or when urgent repairs are required.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
