Position: Maintenance & Security Assistant

Location: Seri Botani, Perak

Job Responsibilities:

To carry out general maintenance and upkeep of the school's infrastructure, including plumbing, painting, tiling, roofing, and furniture repair or replacement. To perform pest control activities and ensure regular fogging and preventive measures are carried out effectively within the school compound. To sanitize classrooms and other school areas when required, ensuring hygiene and safety standards are maintained. To carry out civil maintenance works, including minor repairs involving building structure, leakage, awnings, and related fixtures To assist in maintaining and improving landscaping, drainage and the overall appearance of outdoor areas. To handle and replenish hygiene-related chemicals and maintenance materials as instructed by the Maintenance Executive. 9 To inspect, maintain and repair electrical systems, wiring, lighting, and fixtures under supervision. To support the setup and arrangement of furniture and equipment for examinations, classrooms, and school events. To perform periodic maintenance and servicing of air-conditioning systems and other essential equipment as guided by the Maintenance Executive.

At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

E & E Certicate / PW0 Chargemen / A0 Certificate required for this position.
