Location : Hotel Le-Shore, Pasir Penambang, Kuala Selangor.

Job Requirement:

Candidate must possess at least SPM Skill in electrical may be advantageous.

only Able to work shift (Afternoon & Night Shift) Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent teamwork abilities. Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment and tools.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Checks, at regular intervals, the state of security level, fully operated building electrical and all technical system. Assist in monitoring cleanliness and hygiene at the hotels norms. Supervises the hotel safety and security in accordance with laws and procedures, especially with regards to the following points:
Fire safety Regulations and Policies

Safety of Bomba equipment

Safety of electrical equipment

Ensuring the safety of guests when leaving/arriving at the hotel Jetty. Responsible for the technical smooth running and maintenance of the hotel's installations and to coordinate as well as to manage the regulatory procedures and to follow-up processes. Regularly inspects the hotel to assess the state of the buildings and of the installations of equipment. This applies to the inspections of: all stonework, brickwork, paint works, coating, facing, covering, flooring, plumbing and carpentry, and questions concerning the heating, air conditioning, heat pump as well as electrical problems relevant to high and low current (telephone, television, LED signs, machines used in the hotel, kitchen equipment, vacuum cleaners, etc.), questions concerning refrigeration (refrigerating unit) and the functioning of the elevators. Ensure to follow up with PEST control and elevator company to perform monthly maintenance service. Scheduled cleaning of the jetty area twice a week. Ensures that the fire instructions be obeyed and that the said instructions be posted in all places and that the fire equipment be immediately usable (fire hose, extinguishers). Ensures that the hotel's first aid kits are available for used in their proper places. Assist & Coordinate with Housekeeping and Front Office team to maximize efficiency of guest expectations. Maintains regular inventories of the technical equipment and Supervises the proper functioning of fire detection equipment. Monitor and maintain all product and performance standards and ensure action is taken when standards are not met. A Patrols involve a security guard moving around regularly using a patrol checkpoints system. Perform any other duties related to the field as assigned by the manager and management.
