Requirements

• Basic knowledge in electrical, plumbing, mechanical, or general maintenance.
• Experience in maintenance work (F&B/retail/manufacturing) is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and travel to outlets when needed.
• Physically fit and able to handle hands-on tasks.
• Possess valid driving license is preferred.

Tanggungjawab
Key Responsibilities1. Equipment & Facility Maintenance

• Assist in repairing kitchen equipment, electrical appliances, lighting, plumbing, and minor carpentry work.
• Support troubleshooting for equipment breakdowns at outlets.
• Ensure all repairs follow safety standards and company guidelines.

2. Preventive Maintenance

• Conduct routine inspections on equipment and facilities (e.g., ovens, chillers, AC units, exhaust systems).
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance tasks.
• Report any potential risks or issues to the Maintenance Supervisor/Manager.

3. Outlet Support

• Respond to maintenance requests from outlets in a timely manner.
• Assist in small renovation or setup tasks when required.
• Ensure tools, spare parts, and equipment are properly handled and stored.

4. Documentation & Reporting

• Update maintenance checklists, service logs, and repair records.
• Report completed tasks and pending issues to the supervisor.
• Track and monitor usage of spare parts and materials.

5. Safety & Compliance

• Follow safety procedures and use proper tools/equipment during repairs.
• Ensure compliance with company safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas.
