Job Description

Maintenance Coordination


Manage maintenance schedules and records, and supervise maintenance team activities to ensure smooth daily operations.

Documentation & Compliance


Maintain accurate maintenance logs, service reports, and all required compliance documentation in line with company and regulatory standards.

Inventory Management


Monitor spare parts inventory and assist in sourcing and purchasing maintenance materials to avoid stock shortages.

Supplier Management


Identify and evaluate new suppliers when necessary, including obtaining quotations and conducting price comparisons to ensure cost efficiency.

Administrative Support


Prepare and issue Purchase Requisitions (PR), Delivery Orders (DO), and other required documentation related to maintenance purchases and requests.

Interdepartmental Coordination


Liaise with QA (for food safety and certification matters), Accounts (for PR and payment processes), and other relevant departments to support maintenance operations effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
