Job Description

Maintaining maintenance records:

This involves keeping meticulous records of equipment maintenance schedules, repair history, equipment inventory, and parts supplies.

Processing work orders:

This includes creating work orders for reported maintenance issues, assigning them to technicians, and tracking their completion.

Inventory management:

This involves ordering parts and supplies, managing stock levels, and ensuring parts are readily available for maintenance tasks.

Communication:

This includes communicating with technicians, residents (in the case of property maintenance), and vendors to ensure everyone is informed and requests are addressed.

Reporting:

This involves generating reports on maintenance activity, costs, and inventory levels.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
