Dindings Poultry Processing Sdn Bhd (DPP) is one of the pioneer poultry manufacturers in Malaysia and has been built to USDA standards. Our processing plant is located at the Kampung Acheh Industrial Estate in Sitiawan, Perak and was officially launched by Tun Dr Mahathir bin Mohamad in August 1990. Here at DPP, we practice an Integrated Quality Assurance program management throughout our supply chain. This is based on safety assessments and inspections, including quality audits to ensure product safety for domestic and export consumption. All products are certified HALAL* by JAKIM. The entire finishing area of the plant is kept at 12\xc2\xb0C to maintain freshness in processing. Production is carefully controlled by food technologists, engineers, skilled technicians and veterinarians. They work in top-of-the-line, in-house Quality Assurance and Research & Development laboratories, making sure that your food gets to you safe, clean and delicious. We established partnerships with 20 distribution networks for sales coverage in 13 states and 3 federal territories \xe2\x80\x93 that\xe2\x80\x99s over 1,000 distribution points nationwide. As a result, DPP is a prominent supplier to major market segments in Malaysia including quick service restaurants, caf\xc3\xa9s, hospitals, hypermarkets, food manufacturers and caterers.

• Prepare master maintenance, calibration schedule, perform predictive and preventive maintenance. Guide and work closely with Production Engineer to carry out the autonomous maintenance at production lines.
• To carry out modification, and troubleshooting or diagnosing faults on the machines and equipment.
• Promptly attend to process equipment and machineries failure for investigation and corrective action to ensure speedily restoration of normal plant production.
• Supervising engineering and technical staff to support work optimization and ensure maintenance is kept in order.
• Manage all contractors for defect rectification and warranty claim to comply with requirements.
• Prepare and track all defects, expedite correction action plans and timely report.
• Liaise with contractors and suppliers to negotiate for parts and services at the lowest costs possible without compromising quality assurance of parts and services.
• Responsible for maintaining statistical and financial records for regular reporting and updating.
• Prepare and monitor shift schedule for sufficient manpower planning and cost control.
• Ensure strict adherence to compliance on health and safety legislation.
• Implement and promote maintenance procedures and working standards to support overall employee development and growth.
• Manage and control stocks of supplies and equipment efficiently.
• Accountable for updating and filing of all maintenance record.
• Perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the Management from time to time.

• Candidate must possess at least Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
• Prefer candidate with troubleshooting & problem-solving skills.
