Responsibilities: * Responsible for delivery of good facility management and maintenance program.

• Troubleshooting Maintenance and Repair issues with Territory Managers and Dealers for all station in the area.
• To assist in managing M&R Contractors and Vendors in providing maintenance services for Retail Sites in respective area.
• Monitoring of Maintenance spend, key high spend items, cost analysis of Repair vs Replace. Make recommendation to Asset Management Manager for respective M&R area.
• To perform site visit and undertake the detail scoping of the workscope, time schedule, cost management, and stakeholder management.
• Manage site investigation, permitting and service issues. To co-ordinate and oversee preparation of design and contract documentation.
• To ensure the maintenance projects are completed in a timely manner according to the project schedule.

Qualifications: * Bachelors\xe2\x80\x99 Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or other relevant disciplines with CGPA >3.00.

• Preferably minimum 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in maintenance.
• Good interpersonal and people management skills for both lateral and upward interfaces in the company.
• Must be willing to work in Damansara Height, Kuala Lumpur.
• Must be flexible to travel based on business need.
