Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance & Repair

Conduct routine inspections of properties/units to identify defects or potential issues Perform basic maintenance and minor repair works (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, fittings, etc.) Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues promptly to reduce disruption Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed
Vendor & Contractor Coordination

Liaise with external contractors (plumbers, electricians, air-conditioner technicians, renovators, etc.) Monitor contractor work quality, progress, and completion timelines Request quotations and assist in cost comparisons when needed
Property & Facility Upkeep

Ensure units are in good condition before guest check-in / handover Assist in unit turnover maintenance after guest check-out or renovation completion Monitor tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies inventory
Documentation & Reporting

Record maintenance requests, work completed, and repair history Report recurring issues or major defects to management Assist in budgeting and cost control for maintenance works
Health & Safety

Ensure maintenance work complies with safety standards and regulations Identify potential safety hazards and take corrective actions
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
