Penerangan Kerja
Kelayakan
Minimum Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or equivalent.
Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia
At least 1 year working experience in a related field.
Excellence in computer skills and communications skills.
Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
Able to work in a teamwork environment with minimum supervision.
Able to work on night shift.
Tanggungjawab
Set up machines safely and effectively for operators to execute job orders.
Maintain and organize proper storage of spare parts, tools and to keep proper record of work done.
Ensure that machine is maintained in good and safe working condition.
Repair and clean machine when needed Perform regular preventive maintenance to ensure production capacity & quality.
Evaluate machine performance and recommend improvement Inspect machine to identify any replacement, malfunction, repairs and source for replacement parts when needed.
Ensuring that all maintenance operations are done in accordance with company policy and OSHA guidelines.
Manage contractors on site to ensure they meet legal and company requirements.
Act as Emergency Response Team Member and assist in implementing the OSH policies and regulation in the workplace and environment.
Assist in other areas of production where necessary.
