Responsibilities and Management Objects 1.1 Responsibilities: Directly receive instructions and supervision from the department head. Within the specified authority, independently handle daily affairs. For important matters, seek approval from the department head before execution. 1.2 Management Objects: Subordinate personnel of the Equipment Division. 2. Skills, Qualifications, and Qualities Required 2.1 Bachelor\'s degree or above in science or engineering. 2.2 More than 2 years of practical work experience in relevant positions within the company. 2.3 Possess certain planning and coordination abilities. 3. Required Training and Guidance 3.1 Training on ISO9000 and ISO14000 knowledge. 3.2 Basic knowledge training in equipment management. 3.3 Training on the company\'s daily equipment management methods. 3.4 Training on enterprise management knowledge. 4. Daily Business Projects 4.1 Supervise the operation of the ISO14001 system, promptly identify nonconformities through daily inspections and internal and external audits, and correct and improve them through corrective and preventive measures. 4.2 Plan the work schedule for equipment management, new installations, and renovation projects within the jurisdiction. 4.3 Deeply understand the operation status of relevant equipment, timely identify problems and anomalies through analysis of various reports, notify relevant departments, propose corresponding improvement suggestions and plans, and supervise the implementation of equipment improvement measures. 4.4 Maintain regular communication and information exchange with various departments, cooperate with them to complete various tasks, and promptly report to the general manager, plant manager, and department head on the cooperation with relevant departments and collaborating units. 4.5 Execute instructions issued by the general manager, plant manager, and department head without compromise, and complete them as scheduled. 4.6 Responsible for the formulation/modification and review of company-related equipment management documents, implement them, organize the establishment of company equipment and facilities equipment ledger, continuously improve them, manage and statistics the use of all equipment, and manage equipment identification.
