We are seeking a skilled and reliable Hotel Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our hotel's facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in general maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and basic repairs. This role is essential in maintaining a comfortable and safe environment for our guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on hotel facilities, equipment, and systems.
Repair or replace defective plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems as needed.
Address maintenance requests from guests and hotel staff promptly and efficiently.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel maintenance standards.
Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance schedules.
Assist in emergency maintenance situations, including power outages, leaks, and equipment failures.
Collaborate with housekeeping and front desk staff to resolve maintenance issues.
Monitor and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and tools.
Perform general repairs such as painting, carpentry, and minor structural fixes.
Follow safety procedures and maintain cleanliness in work areas.
