Maintenance Lead
Job Description
Key Responsibilities : Executes and Leads the processes for eliminating losses related to maintenance and breakdowns at the lowest cost. Sustainability & legal compliance and adherence to the standard. Ensure full compliance with local legislation. Focus on quality defects elimination/prevention and quality at the source and focus maintenance routine. Leads the scheduling and participates in the execution of the regular maintenance activities as prescribed in P&CM Tasks. Works together with the team and maintenance group in order to analyze and execute the maintenance tasks. Capability building in technical mastery. As the technical line expert, build the capability of tean on technical troubleshooting. Requirements : Minimum Degree or Master Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronic and related field. Min 1 year experience in Manufacturing. Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Words and PowerPoint)
