conduct regular inspections of the hostel to identify maintenance needs
Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, plastering, and repairing furniture
Perform electrical and plumbing repairs as necessary
Manage and supervise the maintenance team to ensure all work is completed efficiently and effectively
Develop and maintain a preventative maintenance schedule to minimize downtime and increase equipment lifespan
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and prepare reports as necessary
Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations and protocols
Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies and equipment
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
