To be based in a Pellet plant
Job requirement
At least Degree holder. Preferably in Mechanical engineering
Male aged 40 years old & above
Job descriptions
Analyze technology, budget and resources need to plan and assess the feasibility of maintenance program/project that improve efficiency and/or reduce operating costs.
Recruit employees; assign, direct, and evaluate their work; oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
Develop, implement and maintain operating procedures/manual for the maintenance and technical work performed in the plant.
Participate in objective setting, plan development and performance review of plant machineries performance to minimize unplanned downtime and to identify opportunities for improvement.
Initiates, implements, and manages the plant maintenance program based on best practices in the industry,with an emphasis on planning/scheduling and preventive maintenance.
Maintains a computerized maintenance management system - ERP for tracking work orders, spare parts usage, and maintenance history of plant equipment.
Prepares reports, analyzes data, and makes recommendations for improving plant operations and solving maintenance-related problems such as asset utilization, maintenance cost, PM compliance, schedule compliance, etc
Any other duties delegated at anytime by immediate superior.
