\xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfEstablished in Perak since 1974, our client is an Electrical & Air Conditioning Specialist.\xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfResponsibilities\xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbf
- Service and maintain HVAC systems
- Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
- Check HVAC systems of buildings to ensure functionality
- Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
- Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
- Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
- Ensure health and safety policies are complied with
- Minimum a degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- 5 years of experience in servicing or maintaining AC (after-sales)
- Has experience in maintaining HVAC system (VRV)
- Ability to lead a team and senior subordinates
- Excellent interpersonal skills, in order to deal with clients and other stakeholder
