Job Description

1. Perform service, installation to all electrical LV maintenance works inclusive of card access & BAS.

2. Take care of all firefighting services, PA System, Facade lighting, lifts, escalator, fire panels, intercom, gondola, turnstile, etc.

3. Attend to emergency and maintenance calls in the building during and after office hour.

4. Ensure all building's licensing are renewed according to requirements.

5. Responsible to manage, lead, motivate, train and coach the technical operation team to ensure their performance and competency level are aligned with the company's requirements.

6. Lead and ensure all essential equipment under the daily checklist are checked daily and repaired immediately when necessary.

7. Liaise with utilities providers and authorities such as TNB, Air Selangor, Telco providers, DOSH, JKKP, Suruhanjaya Tenaga, Jabatan Bomba Malaysia, and etc.

8. Manage building sustainability practices such as energy and other utility usages.

9. Responsible and Manage day to day building operations like Plan PPM for building services

10. Understand the running of building M&E with Professional report writing skills is needed

Requirements:

1. Minimum Professional Certificate, Diploma, Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.

2. Must possess an A4 competency chargeman certificate issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga

3. The electrician is assigned Primary and Secondary duties in the supervision of electrical works and assist building HT chargeman (shift work)

4. Experience in Residential (Condominium/Apartment) building operation and maintenance /facilities management is added advantage.

5. Experience in Mechanical & Electrical system and other building services.

6. Skilled in basic technical and maintenance work.

7. A self-starter with qualities of a team player yet is able to work independently.

8. Fluent in spoken and written Bahasa & English.

9. Knowledge in MS Office (Excel and Words) and simple computer knowledge

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
