Inspect facilities/equipment periodically to determine problems and do necessary maintenance
To recommend measure to improve machine method and equipment.
Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work
Prepare and record daily machine maintenance record and cleanliness record
Supervise and train the operators on daily basic machine maintenance
Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations
Liaise with machine and electrical suppliers from time to time.
Any ad hoc tasks from time to time
Ensure no machine breakdown and affect the production process
Prevent unscheduled downtime
Control and minimum machine breakdown cost
Complete routine task assigned
Skill & Qualifications
SPM and above
Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field.
Strong technical knowledge about machinery
Electrical & electronic basic knowledge & experience
Control system experience
Mechanical & welding skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
