Job Description

This is an office-based engineering role focused on maintenance program analysis and planning -- not a hands-on aircraft repair position.

Key Responsibilities

Review and analyze maintenance findings or reports from operators or maintenance organizations. Evaluate technical data to determine relevance and compliance with maintenance program policies. Prepare technical justifications and recommendations for maintenance interval changes. Coordinate with internal and external teams to gather inputs and resolve technical issues. Participate in technical meetings with stakeholders and provide updates on project progress. Support continuous improvement initiatives and share in-service experience with the team.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Aircraft Maintenance, Aviation, or Aerospace Engineering. Minimum

3 years of experience

in aircraft structural maintenance, repair, or maintenance program engineering. Strong analytical and technical writing skills. Familiar with aircraft maintenance documentation such as AMM, SRM, IPC, and AMP. Able to read and interpret aircraft structure drawings. Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
