Maintenance Scheduler, Maintenance Coordinator, or Facilities Planner
. You will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and supporting maintenance operations to ensure efficiency and minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Coordinate daily maintenance tasks with technicians, contractors, and vendors.
Track equipment performance, identify issues, and recommend preventive solutions.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance history, spare parts, and asset data.
Generate reports and assist in budget tracking for maintenance activities.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and internal procedures.
Support the technical team in troubleshooting and operational improvements.
Requirements
Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Facilities Management, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in maintenance, facilities, or technical planning.
Familiarity with scheduling tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong coordination, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and reporting ability.
What We Offer
Competitive salary: RM2,000 - RM2,500.
Fixed working schedule: Monday - Friday (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM).
