Job Description
Responsibilities:
What You'll Do
Conduct maintenance and servicing of AWCS installations, ensuring optimal system performance Manage supplier relationships and procurement for maintenance materials and sub-contractors Liaise with customers to ensure satisfaction and address maintenance concerns promptly Participate in service tender negotiations, warranty management and specification updates Prepare technical documentation, operation manuals, and fault reports for management review
Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field 3-5 years of hands-on maintenance or service engineering experience Fluency in English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin (spoken) English and Bahasa Melayu proficiency (written) Own transport and willingness to travel within Malaysia * Knowledge of ISO 9001/ISO 14001 compliance advantage
