-Manage scheduled preventative maintenance for the overall Project Plant system, including liaising with the respective vendors on annual maintenance plans and arranging for regulated site works.
-Ensure all required corrective or serviced parts are readily available and delivered on time.
-Ensure that vendors prioritise and attend to non-scheduled maintenance with urgent attention.
-Able to independently perform system checks and detect any faults, and inform the appropriate action to follow if issues are discovered.
-Report on the operating conditions of the equipment daily and at the end of each maintenance.
-Manage and monitor the delivery plan for LNG with the vendor.
-Overseeing the loading and unloading of LNG.
-Ensure the work done by vendors adheres to ALL regulated safety guidelines and SOP.
-Able to execute countermeasures when issues arise.

-Able to address and isolated potential safety hazards to avoid injuries.

-Communicating existing and potential issues to engineering supervisors and project leads.

Requirements

-Experienced and knowledgeable in planning, performing scheduled maintenance, including thorough inspection for all gas engines, gas-fired absorption chillers, cooling towers, heat exchangers, air handling units.
-Knowledgeable of the cooling water system. This would include having experience with tube cleaning, absorption chiller test, commissioning, cooling on inspection, replacing chillers consumables, and all disassembly and maintenance works of the chiller.
-Experienced and knowledgeable in handling lithium bromide, LNG, methanol.
-Experienced in handling cryogenic solutions.
-Knowledgeable and experienced in handling periodic maintenance, component change, and overhaul interval schedule for gas engines.
-Knowledgeable in handling engine oil, coolant.
-Knowledgeable in performing cleaning of cooling towers and their components including the pipeline, tubes, fans, fillers, and filters.
-Able to detect and repair minor malfunctions or damage.
-Able to read, analyse, and interpret technical procedures, electrical schematics, blueprints, service manuals, and work orders to perform required maintenance work.
-Keep a clean record and maintenance of all work tools.
-Abiding by all required and regulated safety measures and policies.
