seeking a reliable

Maintenance Storekeeper

to manage and control spare parts, tools, and consumables for our maintenance team.

Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, store, and issue spare parts, tools, and consumables for maintenance use. Maintain accurate stock records in the system (manual or ERP). Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile discrepancies. Monitor stock levels and raise requisitions for replenishment to avoid shortages. Ensure required spare parts and tools are available to minimize downtime of production equipment. Coordinate with the Maintenance team to forecast and plan spare part requirements. Track usage and maintain records of parts issued against maintenance jobs. Ensure safe handling and storage of materials, especially chemicals, lubricants, and other hazardous items in compliance with company and legal requirements. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment. Comply with ISO standards, 5S practices, and company procedures. Update and maintain stock records in inventory management systems. Prepare reports on stock status, consumption trends, and critical spare availability. Support audits by providing accurate documentation and records.
