Job Description
s :
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of maintenance technicians and staff Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs Inspect facilities, equipment, and systems to identify maintenance needs Ensure timely repairs of mechanical, electrical & plumbing Maintain maintenance records, work orders, and equipment logs Monitor inventory of tools, spare parts, and maintenance supplies Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and services Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards Train, coach, and evaluate maintenance personnel Assist in budget preparation and control maintenance costs Respond to emergency maintenance issues as required
Requirements :
1. At least Diploma in Electronics & Electrical or higher or with Certified Chargeman A0
2. At least 5-8 years working experiences as Maintenance Supervisor with good Technical knowledge
3. Ability to lead group of Maintenance Team / Technician
4. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
5. Good communication skills in English & B.Malaysia
6. Computer literate - knowledge in Microsoft Office
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
