Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the engineering team, including technicians. Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities and systems VRV, plumbing, electrical, fire/life safety, elevators, etc.) to ensure safe and efficient operations. Assign, prioritize, and monitor work orders, preventive maintenance tasks, and emergency repairs. Ensure timely and effective response to guest requests and hotel maintenance-related issues. Maintain compliance with hotel standards, safety regulations, and operational requirements.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
