Job Description

Responsible in ensuring the overall infrastructure and environment of the factory in highest standards of safe working condition by regularly maintain excellent equipment conditions. \xef\x82\xa7Responsible to provide Engineering Services / Supports on technical problems, machine breakdowns and any others technical problems encountered by the operating unit. \xef\x82\xa7Responsible to identify risk analysis of production equipment breakdown, repair jobs and implement preventive maintenance schedules to eliminate recurring problem. \xef\x82\xa7Responsible to monitor and authorize issues from stores and request purchases of spares, tools or materials. \xef\x82\xa7Responsible to supervise and manage the engineering workshop and utilities areas. \xef\x82\xa7Responsible to maintain and manage the applicable software and it\xe2\x80\x99s related database of machine history. \xef\x82\xa7Responsible to co-ordinate with Production Supervisor to ensure production lines operates at highest efficiencies. \xef\x82\xa7Responsible to ensure that all government and company requirements relating to safety, health and environment are strictly adhered to and enforced. \xef\x82\xa7Responsible to manage inventory of engineering spares and submit Monthly Engineering Spare Parts Report to the Director for review. \xef\x82\xa7Co-ordinate on the job and cross training for new personnel and other cross-functional departments\xe2\x80\x99 workers. \xef\x82\xa7Responsible to generate Monthly Maintenance Report to the Director. ACADEMIC, EXPERIENCE & SKILL REQUIREMENTS: \xef\x82\xa7Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical/ Electronic/ Mechatronic Engineering. \xef\x82\xa7Able to work independently and have strong supervisory skills. \xef\x82\xa7At least 5 year experience in maintenance environment.
