Job Description

Supervise and coordinate all maintenance activities for the company's fleet of vessels and marine equipment. Plan, assign, and monitor daily maintenance and repair works performed by mechanics and welders. Ensure all maintenance work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company and regulatory standards. Conduct regular inspections on on machineries and equipment to identify potential issues and ensure operational readiness. Verify that maintenance and repair works are properly executed and documented. Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to the maintenance team. Liaise with vessel crew, and shipyard personnel on repair activities. Prepare maintenance reports, defect lists, and work completion records for management review. Request materials, tools, and supplies as needed to support maintenance operations. Enforce strict adherence to safety procedures and environmental regulations during maintenance works. Promote good housekeeping and safe working practices at all times.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience

in vessel or marine maintenance, including supervisory or lead role.

Diploma or Certificate

in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent. Strong knowledge of marine machinery systems, maintenance procedures, and shipboard operations.

Able to lead and motivate a team

to achieve maintenance targets. Good communication, problem-solving, and reporting skills. Willing to work beyond normal hours and travel for vessel operations when required.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
