Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance for trailers, and prime movers
Ensure vehicles are maintained according to manufacturer and company standards
Handle vehicle accidents/breakdowns and coordinate repairs promptly
Supervise workshop staff, mechanics, and technicians
Monitor spare parts usage and inventory control
Ensure compliance with JPJ, PUSPAKOM, insurance, and safety regulations
Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports
Control maintenance costs and recommend improvements
Ensure workshop safety, cleanliness, and proper tool usage
Coordinate with the operations team to reduce vehicle downtime
It is important that the work instructions are followed at all times

GDL License
Diploma / Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Minimum 3-5 years experience in haulage or heavy vehicle maintenance
Knowledge of diesel engines, trailers, braking systems, wiring and tyres
Leadership and team supervision skills
Familiar with Malaysian transport regulations
Able to work under pressure and handle emergencies
Job Type: Contract
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
