Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Ensures that all Production equipment which include Machines, Crane, Forklift and other related equipment are in good running condition.
Take immediate action to rectify machine breakdown and get them running at the soonest time possible.
Control machine downtime through Total Preventive Maintenance initiatives.
Prepares machine preventive maintenance check sheet on a weekly basis and set up a file for continuous review.
Supervise maintenance staff and plan and prepare work schedule for subordinates and monitor their compliance.
Maintain safe and clean working environment and ensure all subordinates comply with the Company's Safety Policy in carrying out their daily work.
Ensures the proper maintenance of the Company's facilities which includes the Company hostels.
Requirements
Minimum Certificate or Diploma in Machine Maintenance or equivalen.
At least 3 years related working experience in a manufacturing company.
