: * Responsible for implementing Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) program and timely update of machinery data, troubleshooting, predictive and preventive maintenance activities to ensure that all machinery and equipment are properly maintained to minimize interruption to factory production processes and operations. * To execute the task or job arranged by Engineer and resolve maintenance or breakdowns promptly using internal resources to ensure cost are within budgeted allocation. * Responsible for safety feature of facilities by evaluating impact and aspect of operation activities, machinery installation and engineering design. * Manage technician to perform daily, routine inspection and carry out troubleshooting on faulty machines at production, facilities equipment, mechanical equipment that uses electricity and power distribution lines. * Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance on machinery and electrical component to prevent production down-time. * Assist the first line of investigation on any malfunction of machinery of the production line. * Register ad-hoc break-down and malfunction incidence of machinery and electrical component. * Report and recommend replacement of spare parts when required. * Report and coordinate with suppliers on any repair work on machinery and electrical component. * Assist the management in energy savings through equipment operations. * Prepare necessary monthly reports including KPI on machine uptime. * Check all machinery & equipment against fixed assets list on production. * Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements of Bomba, Factory and Machinery Act, Building by Law Act and Local Authority and ISO standards. * Continually update knowledge on the machines and electrical component used in the plant. * Accepts and undertakes any other job that may be assigned from time to time. Requirements: * Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronic/Electrical Engineering or equivalent. * Minimum 2-5 years of working experience in a Manufacturing environment. * Required language(s): Mandarin (this position required to liaise with China counterpart as well stakeholders)
