Job Description

Responsibilities: Responsible to carry out preventive, corrective, predictive maintenance on paint manufacturing machines such as grinding mills, high speed dispersion, fixed mixers, auto filling machines, labeling machines, etc. based on schedule, urgency and availability Ensure that production machine OEE, downtime, PM completion, MTBF & MTTR are met within the desired goals Responsible for facilities maintenance, including but not limited to Dust Collectors, Local Exhaust Ventilations, Compressors, Chillers, Spray Booth, Fresh Air Systems, Containment Pits, Bulk Tanks, Meter Banks, Lifts, Hoists, RO water systems, air conditioning, lighting & firefighting system Responsible for maintenance of specialized systems, including but not limited to interlock, grounding, bonding, earthing, limit switches, lightning arrestors, PRVs, Responsible for electrical works such as wiring of power circuits and control circuits for machines and building Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of buildings, offices, labs and warehouses Supervision of contractors on all maintenance related works, projects and upgrades Any other ad hoc duties as and when assigned by Management Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent Minimum Certificate Of Competency A0 to A4 Grade from Suruhanjaya Tenaga Minimum 5 years\' experience as maintenance technician / senior technician in manufacturing industry Maintenance of production machines, facilities and buildings, skills in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word PowerPoint, CMMS required. Basic understanding of mechanical & electrical systems, plumbing & sanitary, ACMV, fire protection, chiller and other systems. Good knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods Have good anticipation, analytical skills with problem solving attitude Good leadership, interpersonal skills and team building spirit. Good communication skills, both written and spoken Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime & rotating shift including night shift.
