Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Install, test, and commission fire protection systems such as: Fire alarm panels and detectors (addressable/conventional) Fire suppression systems (FM-200, CO?, wet chemical, etc.) Sprinkler, hydrant, and hose reel systems Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance according to schedules. Diagnose faults and perform corrective repairs on fire protection systems and components. Assist engineers in system testing and commissioning for project handovers. Prepare service reports, inspection checklists, and maintenance records. Ensure all tools, equipment, and materials are properly handled and maintained. Follow all company safety policies and site safety requirements. Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities when required. Support emergency service calls and attend to urgent breakdowns.

Requirements:

Education:

Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Fire Protection Engineering (or equivalent).

Experience:

Minimum 1-3 years working experience in fire protection or M&E systems.

Skills:

Knowledge of fire alarm, sprinkler, and suppression system operation Ability to read drawings and wiring diagrams Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills Good communication and teamwork
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
