• Possess a Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions effectively.
• Have a solid understanding of electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, and control panels.
• Be proficient in performing preventive maintenance tasks to ensure equipment reliability and longevity.
• Exhibit hands-on experience in equipment repair, including mechanical and electrical components.
• Capable of performing basic plumbing tasks, such as fixing leaks and unclogging drains.
• Possess knowledge of building maintenance practices, including carpentry, painting, and general repairs.
• Understand the fundamentals of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems.
• Familiarity with HVAC Systems maintenance and repair procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, both verbally and in writing.
• Willingness to work on-site in Cheras and be available for occasional after-hours support.
• Must be a team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Entry-level candidates and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems, HVAC systems, plumbing, and other building equipment to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults, including wiring, lighting, and power distribution systems, ensuring minimal downtime and safe operation.
• Perform regular maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, including filter replacements, coil cleaning, and system adjustments, to maintain optimal performance and energy efficiency.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and address plumbing issues, such as leaks, clogs, and repairs to fixtures, ensuring a safe and functional environment for occupants.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections, using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) or other tracking tools.
• Collaborate with other maintenance staff and contractors to coordinate repairs and maintenance activities, ensuring timely completion and minimal disruption to building operations.
• Assist in the installation and maintenance of building systems, including fire alarms, security systems, and other essential equipment.
