Job Description

Shift and overtime work is NOT required Working Day : Monday to Friday Working Time : 7:30am - 5:30pm

(a) Equipment Maintenance

Perform routine and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment, such as mixers, conveyors, filling machines, and packaging equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to minimize production downtime.
(b) Facility Maintenance

Conduct maintenance tasks on building facilities, including HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems. Ensure the factory premises comply with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
(c) Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, including service logs, inspection reports, and spare parts usage. Report equipment performance issues and recommend improvements or upgrades.
(d) Compliance and Safety

Adhere to food safety and quality regulations (e.g., GMP, HACCP, ISO). Follow safety protocols to prevent workplace accidents and ensure a safe working environment. Participate in safety audits and risk assessments.
(e) Support Production

Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance work without disrupting operations. Provide technical support during equipment installations process changes.
(f) Inventory Management

Monitor and manage spare parts inventory to ensure availability when needed. Liaise with suppliers to order maintenance tools and components.
(g) Perform any other duties as assigned by superior.

Requirements

Proven mechanical and electrical skills are essential, at least 2 years of working experience in maintenance role. Knowledge in hydropower electro-mechanical, PLC and automation systems. Shift and overtime time work is NOT required at the moment.
