We are currently looking for experienced Maintenance Technician to join our Consumer Healthcare Manufacturing Site based in Ulu Kelang (Ampang). This role will mainly be responsible for troubleshooting & repairing of equipment's breakdowns related to motors, pumps, PLC, electrical, electronics and mechanicals to the best of your ability with minimum down time. Other Key Responsibilities: Carry out effective plant daily inspection and attend to any defect or abnormality accordingly & timely manner. Ensure periodic plant maintenance (PM),Predictive Maintenance (PdM) program is carried out as per schedule To carry out repairing work like welding and fabrication works without 100% depending with external vendor To be aware & adhere site GMP & EHS procedures and work towards the overall objective of company. Use part/consumable items in a cost effective manner. Minimize unusable parts/consumables items. Supervise job/works done by external contractors in line with management, safety and legal requirement. Co-operate among engineering group - facility & utility department Perform any duties assigned by superior from time to time To be involved in production and engineering improvement activity. To work on shift as outlined in Haleon handbook/CA, as per required by Haleon business needs To participate in all pre-audit, audit, post-audit activities deemed necessary by Haleon governance. Ideally, we are looking for someone with: Minimum Certificate / Vocational Diploma in Mechanical / Mechatronic / Electrical. At least 2 years experience in Manufacturing Industry. This role is required to work on shifts work (Morning, Afternoon & Night-weekly rotation basis) and rest day on Tuesday. A normal work day will be Wednesday - Monday.
