Perform maintenance and repair work at plant and worker's hostel (if needed).
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic issues promptly to reduce downtime.
Support setup and trial runs to ensure machines operate within required parameters.
2. Preventive Maintenance
Execute and update preventive maintenance schedules for all moulding machines and auxiliary equipment.
Record and maintain maintenance history, checklists, and reports.
3. Spare Parts & Tools Management
Monitor and manage spare part inventory for maintenance and repair works.
Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored after use.
4. Safety & Compliance
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety and 5S standards.
Participate in safety inspections and maintenance-related training.
Report unsafe conditions or practices immediately to the superior.
6. Continuous Improvement
Support improvement projects to enhance machine reliability, efficiency, and energy savings.
Requirements:
Education:
Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, or equivalent field.
Experience:
Minimum 1-3 years of working experience in injection moulding maintenance or related industry.
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of injection moulding machines.
Understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, teamwork, and a proactive attitude.
