Maintenance Technician | RM2,500 to RM3,600 | Tangkak, jOHOR

Industry: Manufacturer of cutter, grinder & abrasives Benefits: 5-day week, performance bonus, medical, EPF, SOCSO, etc
:

1) Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment.

2) Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

3) Conduct inspections to identify issues and replace or repair defective parts.

4) Ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely.

5) Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed.

6) Record and report any discrepancy or malfunction.

7) Assist in the installation of new arrival machinery and equipment.

8) Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

9) Comply with regulatory and company standards, including OSHA and local regulations.

10) Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs and parts inventory.

11) Prepare maintenance reports and update logs book.

12) Work closely with production teams to minimize downtime and improve productivity.

13) Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and services.

Job Requirements:

1) At least 3 years and above of hands-on working experience in maintenance department.

2) Willing to work Overtime.

3) Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word and Excel )

4) Preferably Junior Executive specialized in maintenance / Repair (Facilities & Machinery)

5) Willing to work in Tangkak.
