Makeup Artist

! Our company has a flagship shop for Personal Color Anlaysis and Personal Fashion Styling using our original, Japanese method.

We're looking for a creative self-starter with customer- centric mind to help the customers achieve their ideal figures!

Who you are:

A self-motivated, strong creative thinker with exceptional makeup and beauty suggesting skills. Extremely comfortable with researching fashion, beauty, design, and marketing trends for inspiration. An open-minded team-player who takes constructive feedback gracefully and works collaboratively toward the bigger picture.

What you will do:

Apply makeup to customers based on each customers' features to enhance individual's attractiveness. Give suggestions to customers on makeup/ skincare/ beauty focusing on each customers' different ideal images. Support Personal color analysis/ Body type analysis/ Shopping tour etc. Work independently and collaboratively with CEO and business development team.

Requirements:

Able to commute to The Gardens Mall, Kuala Lumpur Preferrably professional experience as a makeup artist Ability to do hair styling Hijab styling is a plus for Malay candidates Experience working on a close-knit team Ability to perform job duties at the corporate office in The Gardens Mall Can give personal makeup advice Fluency in English is a must Please insert your portfolio in your application as well

Preferable:

Part Time/ Freelance Around 21 - 40 years old Available on weekday or weekend Have your own makeup and hair styling tools Have your own laptop Proficiency in Google Workplace (Google Docs, Spreadshets etc.) Can use design tools (Canva, Photoshop etc.) Experience in doing makeup for fashion brand is a plus Skills in Social Media Marketing is a plus Interest/ skills in Japanese language is a plus Experience working on a close-knit team
