We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Representative (Japanese Speaking) to join our team supporting the World\'s Leading Travel account. You will play an important role, such as:

• Handle pre and post reservation inquiries/requests by phone and e-mail.
• Modify, change and/or cancel existing reservations.
• Make outbound calls to hotels/guests to arrangement special requests.
• Act as liaison between guest and hotel to resolve complaints.
• Manage relationships with hotels by providing high levels of customer service and account management support.

To succeed in this role, we will need you to have:

• At least a Diploma/Bachelor Degree certificate in any field.
• Excellent English & Japanese language skills (Native/JLPT N1 or N2 speakers).
• Independent & Customer Oriented Person
• Willing to work on rotational shift including weekend and public holiday.
