About the department

As the fastest growing regional office covering a wide range of countries including all ASEAN nations, India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Australia, and New Zealand, CDNetworks South & Southeast Asia (SSEA) team is diverse, dynamic, and audacious.

The sales department is where the customer journey starts, and we believe that customer satisfaction throughout this journey is vital to a truly meaningful and sustainable growth, which is the fruit of each of our team members\' dedication to solving customers\xe2\x80\x99 technical and business challenges.

At CDNetworks SSEA team, we pour all our positive energy over developing genuine human connections with our customers and partners while fulfilling their business and technical needs.

About the job

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist sales team with daily business processes;

- Assist with self-service platform related task (include but not limited to credit top-up, CSEC contracts creation in SFDC, liaison with other departments)

- PIC for Sales Support tasks (eg, budget change request, festive gift purchase, internal event main coordinator, resolving system related issue and any other ad hoc task)

- Calculate & Prepare Commission related reports

- Manage access for New Hire and resignee

- Liaise with Finance and MIS team for revenue related requests (eg. Revenue adjustment requests and/or prepayment invoices requests)

2. Managing contracts and business-related process;

- Raise all MINT requests in system

- Track SOF are signed and uploaded into SFDC upon conversion to contract

3. Monitoring AMs\xe2\x80\x99 performance, and key projects progress;

- Prepares the monthly YTD achievement reports

- Assist with AR tracking

4. Liaison between Sales and Management teams + Finance team.

Job Requirements

1. 1 to 3 years of work experience, more than 2 years of business management experience is preferred;

2. Familiar with SalesForce and business management processes are preferred;

3. Good communication and coordination skills;

4. Both English and Chinese are native language is preferred.
