Key Responsibilities:

Support the day-to-day

sales and operations

functions to ensure smooth workflow. Manage the

full sales process

, including handling RFQs, preparing quotations, processing orders, and coordinating fulfillment and after-sales support.

Develop and implement sales strategies

to achieve company's sales and rental targets.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships

by providing excellent service, proactive follow-up, and reliable solutions.

Identify new business opportunities

through market research, competitor analysis, and understanding customer needs. Coordinate with internal teams -- including

Operations, Logistics, and Workshop

-- to ensure equipment readiness and timely deliveries.

Monitor debtor accounts

and follow up on payments to ensure healthy cash flow. Prepare and present

sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses

to management for review. Ensure all sales activities are carried out in compliance with

company policies and local regulations

.

Requirements:

Diploma

in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.

Minimum 2 years of experience

in sales, preferably in

industrial equipment or machinery

, with at least

1 year in a supervisory or team lead capacity

. Strong

communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

with the ability to engage effectively with customers and colleagues. Excellent

problem-solving and organizational skills

, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Proven track record in

achieving sales targets and leading a team

toward success. Proficient in

English

(both spoken and written); ability to communicate in

Malay and/or Mandarin

will be an added advantage.

Possess a valid driving license

and willing to travel when required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
