Your primary focus will be on accelerating the reinvention journey for companies, helping them achieve greater profitability and maintain their relevance in an ever-evolving industry.\xe2\x80\x8bYour responsibilitiesProject Collaboration and Development:Collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver high-impact client projects.Develop and implement Digital Centers of Excellence to uncover new opportunities and enhance operational efficiencies.Project Management:Oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects for downstream clients.Facilitate strategic decision-making, project management, digital transformation, and cost optimization initiatives.Transformation Acceleration:Assist clients in their transformation journey towards becoming more connected, optimized, lean, and agile organizations.Support Senior Management:Work closely with senior management to draft proposals, write client pitches, and develop comprehensive solution architectures.Digital Disruption Identification:Identify and quantify cutting-edge, industry-specific digital disruption opportunities through the integration of analytics and digital capabilities.\xe2\x80\x8bYou will haveMinimum of 2-3 years of work experience, with at least 1 year in consulting.Basic understanding of the Oil & Gas value chain, specifically in either Upstream or Downstream segments.Broad knowledge in functional areas such as Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay, Acquire to Retire, and Record to Report.\xe2\x80\x8bShould have basic knowledge in any one or more of the following:SAP S/4 Oil & Gas Downstream Oil and GasSAP S/4 Oil & Gas Upstream Oil and Gas(SAP S/4 FIN+ Joint Venture accounting or Upstream Operations management.)SAP S/4 Sales and Distribution & C4C will be a plusSAP S/4 Material Management & Ariba will be a plusSAP S/4 Enterprise Asset ManagementSAP S/4 Production planning & Quality Management.SAP S/4 certification in any of the above SAP modules will be a plus.Must have experience working with Excel, MS PowerPoint.
