Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Management Supervisor to lead and oversee our branch operations. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, managing the sales team, ensuring smooth daily operations, and delivering excellent customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve branch sales targets. Monitor daily operations, including sales, inventory, and cash handling. Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue and customer base. Provide training, coaching, and motivation to enhance team performance. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards. Handle escalated customer issues professionally and promptly. Prepare and review sales reports and performance updates. Maintain a clean, organized, and customer friendly branch environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
