Participate in a
6-month management trainee program
covering both technical and operational functions. Gain hands-on experience inoperations, maintenance, and production processes
. Assist in daily plant activities, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement projects. Work closely with senior engineers and managers to understand workflows and system operations. Prepare simple reports and share improvement ideas with management.Requirements
Fresh graduates
with aDiploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
.Proficient in Mandarin
(spoken and written) to liaise with Mandarin-speaking colleagues and vendors. Strong interest in technical and operations management. Willing to work1 month of shift schedule
during training in Operation Department.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
