Job Description
SA Management Trainee Program provides a platform to sustain continuously a high performing work force and on the other, maximizing the potentials of young talents and making them future leaders for the betterment and development of the Company and provides a smooth pathway for the management trainees to develop their own advancement collectively.
The Management Development Program takes up a period of two years where the
management trainees gain knowledge in theory and practical in developing themselves into true leaders, thinkers, skillful in management and planning. They will become knowledgeable in all our products and services ranging from filters and filtration package and control card repairs services used and required by our customers who are mostly in the power, oil and gas industries in Malaysia, South East Asia, Middle East and the Indian Continents.
Objectives
To provide management trainees (MTs) with the knowledge and skills necessary within their discipline of focus to advance within the SA Group of Companies to a higher level. To groom the MTs as the future leaders who will drive the SA Group to fulfill the Group's objective in moving towards globalization.
Entry Requirement
? Graduates with degree in the above related fields from recognized universities and colleges
? Fresh graduates who attained CGPA of 3.0 and above.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
