Role Overview



The Management Trainee will undergo structured on-the-job training across business operations within the group, including

F&B, Spa, or Salon

. This role is designed to develop future leaders by providing hands-on operational exposure, cross-department rotation, and clear career advancement opportunities based on performance, attitude, and capability.

Job Responsibilities



Assist in daily operations within assigned departments (F&B / Spa / Salon) Learn and execute standard operating procedures (SOPs) effectively Support outlet management in customer service, staff coordination, and operational tasks Monitor service quality and ensure customer satisfaction Participate in department rotation and cross-functional training programs Identify improvement opportunities and support operational efficiency Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Working Arrangement



Basic salary:

RM4,000

Salary after confirmation:

RM4,500

Working hours:

9 hours per shift + 1-hour break

Work schedule:

Shift-based

Rest days:

6 days off per month

Meal provided for

F&B operations

Placement and rotation across departments based on business needs, attitude, and performance

Requirements



Bachelor's Degree in any discipline Good command of English Presentable appearance Positive attitude with strong willingness to learn Open to fresh graduates Willing to work on shift and rotate across departments
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
